surprisingly charming!

convenient location replaced water special celebration

The location is just across from the beach, and bangla road is a short walk. the room was cleaned everyday and water was replaced. I found a self-serve laundry nearby, beyond patong orchid laundry. the staff surprised us for our twins' 21st birthday with room decorations, a breakfast table setup, and brownie cakes.

the air conditioning was a bit dated and noisy at night, made sleeping a little difficult.

The room had dark, effective curtains coupled with powerful air conditioning. this ensured restful sleep. the hotel's proximity to the main shops and attractions proved very useful. i appreciated the helpful staff and good breakfast. It was a great start to the day.

i noticed that the mirrors in the bathroom could use a bit more thorough cleaning. but overall everything else was super clean.

the receptionists were always ready to assist with anything needed. they were kind and polite. this warm hospitality and professionalism enhanced the entire hotel stay, and i found the service faultless.

The hotel is close to the main areas with just a short walk. The beach IS right across the road, very convenient. The staff members were consistently kind and provided helpful service throughout my stay. I would stay here again because of the accessible location and pleasant service.

The rooms facing the street could be a bit noisy at times.

Mixed experience due to Noise and Room Issues

incessant noise poor staff

The Hotel location is quite good since it is very close to the centre.

Upon arrival, the room I was given was far from satisfactory. It was right above an Irish pub. This resulted in incessant noise from live music every night. It was virtually impossible to rest or sleep because of this constant disturbance. I must say the staff did not handle the complaints very well.

fantastic stay!

amazing spa food market short distance

the location was great (close to everything i needed). some amazing spas were next door. food markets were nearby in every direction i walked. the beach is just across the road.

the pool does not get much sun during the day.

my room had comfortable beds. the room was lovely and cleaned daily. staff replaced water everyday. i stayed in a beautiful balcony twin room with sufficient space.
